Instead of doing a lot less often to quickly accomplish a task, try doing a little bit, more often. You’ll be surprised at how this method helps to accomplish a goal. By doing a little bit each day, you can get a lot accomplished. We tend to overestimate what we can get done in an hour or week while underestimating how much can get done in a month or year, just by doing a little bit every day!

Set a pace, stay the course, be consistent, you’ll reach your goals before you know it!
