Fresh produce – there is nothing better than the first bite of fresh, crispy fruits and vegetables!

Water – a must have. If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready, if you catch my drift!

Flour and yeast – have to keep these handy, some days I just need to fulfill the desire to bake bread.

Fish (usually salmon)- just because it’s a hit with everyone in the household. Lately, no one wants to eat meat, it just doesn’t taste the same. Honestly, it doesn’t cook the same anymore either.

Last but not least, Milk and Cereal – when the kids want a quick snack, they often want a bowl of cereal. Personally, I think in their minds, it’s just quicker for them to eat so they can get back to playing lol! Doesn’t bother me, most kids like to slurp those sodium filled noodle noodles, I despise those things 🛑
